Foxy Femme Fatale

The foxy femme fatale is based on a seductive yet mysterious woman who is all about looking sleek while being functional and warm. This modern looking fur coat has been inspired by up north weather during the fall and winter months. Earth tones such as browns as well as wild furs, Red fox, are used to translate the idea of a warm traditional fur coat.

This coat is made of beaver, raccoon, grey fox and sweater knit, with a zipper closure down the front of the coat. All fur pieces are appliqued onto the sweater knit. Few fur pieces are trimmed down, whereas some are left at natural lenght. This piece celebrates the fun aspect of colour blocking and geometric shapes.
